Consent to personal data processing

By ticking the separate box “I give separate consent to the processing of my personal data” in the Gasket game or on its website, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest consent to the operator [заполнит владелец / to be filled by the owner] (address: [заполнит владелец / to be filled by the owner]) processing my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purposes: creating and running the account, signing in and recovering access; running the game, shared worlds and the shop; delivering purchases and keeping order records; protection against cheating, fraud and abuse; answering requests; proving the consents given; complying with the law. News and offers only with a separate consent.
2. Data: name and tag (nickname), player code, password hash, device token; email if I added it; IP address, country by IP, browser and device details; game progress, purchases, balance and opening history; reports and decisions; consent records.
3. Actions: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer in the cases of item 4, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automation.
4. Recipients: the hosting provider (VDSina (Servers Tech FZCO), Нидерланды, Амстердам) for storage; the payment provider (FreeKassa) only order data; the email service only the email address for code emails. If the servers are outside my country of residence, I agree to such transfer; the operator complies with the law on localisation and cross-border transfer.
5. Term: the consent is valid until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. Data is then deleted within 30 days, except payment records required by law and the consent record, which is kept for 3 years as proof.
6. Withdrawal: delete the account in the game (Account → Delete account) or email [заполнит владелец / to be filled by the owner]. After withdrawal the account and its purchases become unavailable, because the account cannot work without this data.
