• We store: player code, name and tag, password hash, device token, game progress, purchases and balance, reports and decisions, consent records (which items were ticked, date and time, document version, language, IP address and device — to prove the consent was given). Purposes, actions and terms are described in the separate Consent to personal data processing.
• Email — only if you add it: to recover access. Confirmation codes are stored as a hash for 30 minutes. Newsletters only if you separately agree to them.
• For anti-cheat the server keeps a short record of game events (last 30 seconds) and the connection IP; report records are kept until the decision and 90 days after.
• Payments are processed by the payment provider (FreeKassa); we never see card data.
• Hosting: VDSina (Servers Tech FZCO), Нидерланды, Амстердам.
• You can export or delete your data in the game profile or by email.
• Your nickname and a rare-or-better case drop are shown to everyone in the public drops feed; your player code, email and IP are not.
• The game stores settings, the solo save, skin loadouts and the sign-in token on your device (localStorage); these are not advertising cookies or tracking.
• Age confirmation and other consents are stored with a date as proof they were given. After account deletion or withdrawal of consent, the consent record is kept for 3 more years (limitation period) separately from the profile and email; other data is deleted within 30 days, except payment records required by law.
• We do not sell data and do not use ad trackers.
