Gasket is a free online game. By playing you accept these terms and the rules.
Virtual items and currencies (Sparks, Springs, Nails) are a license to use inside the game. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other players.
Paid items affect gameplay and this is disclosed before purchase: weapon skins never change damage or accuracy but give small conveniences (reload, magazine, noise, wear); building and vehicle skins give perks (slots, armor, alarm, speed); and Boosts bought with Sparks temporarily raise gathering, crafting, healing, backpack size and weapon damage. All numbers are capped and computed by the server.
Cases contain unique skins (with perks) and cosmetics. Odds are shown before purchase. Paid cases are 18+ and may be unavailable in some countries. A case can be opened for Sparks or bought directly for money; after payment it waits to be opened in the game or on the website. You can set a spending limit yourself in the cases window. Items from paid cases can be sold back for 55% of their value in Sparks; cash-out is impossible. There are no competitions, bets or raffles between players on cases or items.
Consents. When you create an account (for older accounts, before the first paid purchase) you separately tick 12 required items: age 18+; these terms; the privacy policy; a separate consent to personal data processing; random items with no cash value; digital goods without refunds; purchases affecting the game; own spending and bans in some countries; the rules; the game provided "as is" and wipes; responsibility for your account; breaks and health. Nothing is pre-ticked. The server keeps a record: which items were ticked, date and time, document version, language, IP address and device. When the documents change, you are asked again. The age confirmation is your own statement; we do not check it against documents, and whoever gives a false statement is responsible for it.
Only people aged 18+ may create an account or make purchases. If you are under 18, play without an account and only with permission from your parents or legal guardians, who are responsible for your play.
You keep your password safe and are responsible for everything done with your account. Sharing, selling or buying accounts is not allowed. Cheating, abuse, fraud or account trading may lead to a ban, including purchased items.
Shared worlds reset weekly (wipe): buildings and items in the worlds disappear; this is part of the game and is not compensated. Account, skins and currencies stay.
Your nickname and a rare-or-better case drop appear in the public “Who got what” feed, without your player code or other data.
The game is provided "as is". We try to keep data safe and fix bugs, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for downtime, bugs, loss of game progress, actions of other players or consequences of sharing your password. Consumer rights that the law does not allow to limit remain in force.
Health: take breaks. The game has flashes and flickering light; if you have epilepsy or photosensitivity, play only after consulting a doctor.
These terms may change. We announce significant changes in the game and on the website and ask you to confirm the consents again; paid features are unavailable without the new consent.
